SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
These Subscription Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all subscription-based products and services offered by Scalping Pro.
By purchasing a subscription or trial, you agree to these Terms together with our Terms of Service, End User Licence Agreement (EULA), Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and other applicable policies.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Scalping Pro may offer the following subscription options:
* 7-Day Premium Trial
* Monthly Subscription
* Annual Subscription
The subscription options, pricing and included features will be displayed at the time of purchase.
3. 7-DAY PREMIUM TRIAL
Scalping Pro may offer a 7-Day Premium Trial at a promotional price.
The trial provides access to the selected product for seven (7) consecutive days from the date of activation.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
* The trial does not renew automatically.
* Access will expire automatically at the end of the seven-day period.
* Customers wishing to continue using the product must purchase a Monthly or Annual Subscription.
4. MONTHLY & ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Customers may choose either a Monthly or Annual Subscription.
Subscriptions remain active for the selected billing period and provide access to the subscribed product(s) throughout that paid period.
5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise your payment provider to charge the applicable renewal fee using your selected payment method.
6. PAYMENT FAILURE
If a renewal payment cannot be successfully processed, Scalping Pro may:
* Retry the payment.
* Suspend access to the subscribed product(s).
* Terminate the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.
Access may be restored once a valid payment has been successfully received.
7. CANCELLATION
Customers may cancel their Monthly or Annual Subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
Cancellation:
* Prevents future renewal charges.
* Does not affect access already paid for.
* Allows continued access until the end of the current paid subscription period.
The 7-Day Premium Trial expires automatically and does not require cancellation unless otherwise stated.
8. REFUNDS
The 7-Day Premium Trial is intended to allow customers to evaluate our products before committing to a longer subscription.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Scalping Pro, subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the digital product has been granted.

9. PRICE CHANGES
Scalping Pro may amend subscription pricing from time to time.
Any revised pricing will apply only to future subscription periods.
Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided before changes take effect.
10. PRODUCT CHANGES
Scalping Pro continually develops and improves its products.
We may:
* Release updates.
* Improve existing functionality.
* Add new features.
* Remove obsolete features.
* Improve compatibility.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
11. TERMINATION
Scalping Pro may suspend or terminate a subscription where we reasonably believe that:
* These Terms have been materially breached.
* Fraudulent activity has occurred.
* Unauthorised sharing or misuse has taken place.
* Payment obligations have not been met.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scalping Pro shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from subscription services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Scalping Pro may amend these Subscription Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on our website.
Continued use of the subscription services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your country of residence, those rights remain unaffected.
